Truffle blue cheese

In the BLU TARTUFO ROGNONI, the creaminess of a well-known sweet blue cheese combines with one of the excellences of the Italian territory, His Majesty the truffle, creating an authentic gourmet product.

In order to convey the character of the new prized ingredient, it was used directly in the milk processing stages; more precisely, in the shaping of the curd, which is handmade by expert workers, during which the black summer truffle flakes are distributed.

This allows the ingredient, during the months of maturing, to transfer its character in a delicate but persistent manner, giving the finished product an extremely balanced taste.

ROGNONI BLU TARTUFO retains the distinctive blue-veined characteristics of sweet blue cheese, to which the delicate notes of truffle are added, without the latter taking over the flavour.

The result is a distinctive but not overly aggressive cheese, which lends itself to infinite uses both as a product in itself and in the culinary sphere with lively combinations on meat and first courses.

A new taste bet that we are sure will be appreciated by the most refined palates and that we hope will soon become a protagonist on Italian tables.
